Annual tuition fees at the University of Derby Greece ULE are determined on an annual basis and are published on the University’s official website.
What is Included in Tuition Fees
The comprehensive annual tuition fees for undergraduate programmes cover the following:
- Full provision of course materials in digital format
- Preparatory and support English language courses
- Participation in standard examination and assessment periods
- Essential consumables for laboratory-based modules
- Access to the University’s digital learning platform
- Student email account and Microsoft 365 suite
- Access to learning resources via the parent university’s digital portal
- Access to the parent university’s digital library
- Digital student identification card issued by the parent university
- Participation in compulsory programme-specific educational activities (e.g. field visits)
- Access to the lending library
- Access to the Computer Centre
- Access to the Gym
- Counselling, careers development, and networking services
- Membership in student clubs and societies
- Issuance of academic certificates and attendance confirmations
- Issuance of an International Student Identity Card (ISIC) for the first year of study*
- Membership of relevant professional bodies (applicable to specific programmes)**
What is Not Included in Tuition Fees
Annual tuition fees do not include:
- Application fee (a one-off payment upon initial registration)
- Printed textbooks
- Examination fees for re-sit assessments (referrals)
- Tuition fees for course retakes
- Tuition fees for preparatory courses (excluding English language provision)
- Uniform costs (where applicable)
- Printing, photocopying, and binding services
- Consumables required for project work
- Costs associated with external supervision of placements or clinical practice
- Expenses for optional social or educational activities
- Renewal fees for the International Student Identity Card (ISIC)
- Graduation and award conferment fees
* Applicable to the first year of study; renewal fees apply in subsequent years.
** Applicable to selected programmes only.
Discounts
In accordance with University policy, tuition fee discounts are available under the following conditions:
- A 10% discount for full payment of tuition fees by 30 June (October intake) or by 31 December (February intake).
- A 5% discount for payment in two instalments, provided the first instalment is paid by 30 June and the second by 20 December (October intake), or the first by 31 December and the second by 20 April (February intake).
- An 8% discount for full payment via credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in up to 12 interest-free instalments, provided payment is completed by 30 June (October intake) or 31 December (February intake).
The University of Derby Greece ULE is committed to awarding scholarships equivalent to at least 10% of enrolled students annually, or an equivalent value distributed across a broader student cohort.
Scholarships are available to prospective students, current students, and alumni, and are awarded under the following categories:
- Academic (Merit-Based) Scholarships
- Social and Economic (Need-Based) Scholarships
- Athletic and Artistic Excellence Scholarships
- Innovation and Entrepreneurship Scholarships
- Student and Alumni Recognition Awards
- International Student Scholarships
- Student Assistant Programme
The Admissions Office administers scholarship applications for incoming students. Selection is based on documentation review and/or the decision of the relevant Special Scholarship Committee.
