Regular Faculty Members are expected to possess, at minimum, the following academic and professional qualifications, depending on the academic rank:
Lecturer
• Doctoral degree
• Potential for high-level, independent teaching
• Published research work (5+ publications in peer-reviewed academic journals, conference proceedings, or book chapters)
• Excellent knowledge of both English and Greek
Senior Lecturer
• Doctoral degree
• Three years of independent teaching experience in higher education
• Published research work (10+ publications in peer-reviewed academic journals, conference proceedings, or book chapters)
• Excellent knowledge of both English and Greek
Associate Professor
• Doctoral degree
• Five years of independent teaching experience in higher education
• Published research work (20+ publications in peer-reviewed academic journals, conference proceedings, or book chapters)
• Excellent knowledge of both English and Greek
Professor
• Doctoral degree
• Ten years of independent teaching experience in higher education
• Published research work (50+ publications in peer-reviewed academic journals, conference proceedings, or book chapters)
• Excellent knowledge of both English and Greek
Adjunct Lecturers are expected to hold a doctoral or postgraduate degree and relevant professional experience, according to the requirements of each specific vacancy.
Full-time or part-time employment opportunities are also available for special teaching staff, specialized technical teaching personnel, and academic support staff.
Administrative Staff are expected to possess, at minimum:
• A university degree
• Excellent knowledge of both English and Greek
• Professional experience relevant to the job description
